Do I own my domain?
Yes. Your domain belongs to you. If DONE registered it, we can transfer it to you if you ever leave.
What's included in maintenance?
We handle ongoing updates and fixes, hosting, monitoring for speed and broken things, and the basic technical work that keeps your site working.
How do I request a change?
Use the quick request button in My Account, or call (509) 841-9117.
How do I cancel?
Click Cancel in your account or call (509) 841-9117. There are no long-term contracts.
Will you get me to #1 on Google?
No one can promise rankings. We set up the basics search engines need and keep your site fast and working, but rankings depend on many factors outside anyone's control.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. Tell us about your business in plain language and we handle the technical work.
What if I already have a website?
We can build a new DONE site around your business and help you move forward from what you already have. Your domain remains yours.
