DONE Partner Program Terms

These terms explain how referrals are attributed, when commissions are earned, how payouts work, and what we expect from partners who recommend DONE.

How you earn

•For your first 10 referred paying clients, you earn $70/month per client for that client's first 6 paid months, then $30/month for as long as they stay.
•For client #11 and beyond, you earn $30/month from the start, for as long as they stay.
•Commission is earned only on payments we actually receive. Free trials, refunds, chargebacks, and your own business do not earn commission.
•A client counts as yours if they sign up within 90 days of first clicking your referral link.

•Commissions are calculated monthly and paid by the 15th of the following month.
•Payouts are sent by PayPal or bank transfer to the details on file.
•Balances under $25 roll over to the next month.

•You're an independent partner, not an employee. You're responsible for your own taxes.
•Before your first payout, we need a completed W-9 (U.S. partners).
•If required by IRS rules, we'll send you a Form 1099 at the end of the year.

•Describe DONE accurately. No spam, no misleading claims, no promises we don't make.
•Don't run paid ads using the DONE name.
•You're responsible for any disclosure your profession, licensing body, or the law requires when you refer clients.

•This is not an employment, agency, or exclusive relationship.
•DONE may update these terms or end the program with 30 days' notice by email. Commissions already earned will still be paid.
•We may remove partners who break these terms and withhold commissions earned through violations.
