Terms of Service

1. The service
DONE designs, builds, hosts, and maintains websites for businesses on a subscription basis. By starting a project with us, you agree to these terms.
2. Free trial and billing
You start with no upfront payment. We build your website and send you a private preview. If you approve it, your 14-day free trial begins at that point. After the trial, the service is $199 per month, billed automatically to your payment method on file. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date and you will not be charged again.
3. What's included
Your monthly fee covers a custom website, managed hosting, SSL/security, mobile optimization, domain connection, business email and phone connection, contact forms, basic SEO setup, analytics, website maintenance, content updates, technical support, and ongoing hosting. Online ordering, booking, and selling are connected through tools you already use, such as Square, Shopify, OpenTable, or Calendly; custom stores, custom apps, and member login areas are not included.
4. Content updates and AI features
Ongoing small changes — such as updating hours, phone number, address, services, photos, text, promotions, or business information — are included and are typically made within 2 business days. Major redesigns or entirely new websites are not included and will be quoted separately. AI chat and AI voice are not part of the standard $199 plan and may be added case by case for an additional cost.
5. Revisions
One initial revision is included during the preview stage. Additional revisions or redesigns after launch may be quoted separately.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, to hold the rights to any content or images you send us, and to use the service lawfully. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information published on your site.
7. Ownership
You own your business content — your logo, text, and images. We own the underlying design, code, and systems we use to build and manage your site. Your website is provided as part of the ongoing service.
8. Domains
If you already have a domain, we connect it and it remains yours. If DONE registers a domain for you, it is yours; if you leave, we transfer it to you at no charge. The receiving domain company may charge its own standard transfer fee, usually about one year of renewal. A newly registered domain cannot be transferred for its first 60 days under ICANN rules, although it works normally during that period. We do not renew domains for canceled accounts, so request a transfer before the renewal date.
9. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time. Future charges stop immediately, while your site stays live through the end of your current billing period. If you cancel during the 14-day free trial, you are never charged. We do not refund a month that has already started. If you forgot to cancel the trial and contact hello@itsdone.website within 7 days of your first charge, we will refund that charge.
10. Missed payments and ending service
If a payment fails, we email you and try again on Day 0, Day 2, and Day 4, with no late fees. If payment is not resolved by Day 5, the site is paused; on Day 14, the account is canceled. We may also suspend or end service if required by law. We'll give reasonable notice where possible.
11. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, DONE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous month.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
